Every 100ml of purified olive oil and soybean oil * 20.00g corresponds to 4.00g of essential fatty acids (* a mixture of olive oil (80%) and soybean oil (20%).
Lipid content (olive oil and soybean oil): 200g / l osmotic pressure: mosm/l ph:7~8 density: 0.986 lecithin (1.20g), glycerol (2.25g), sodium oleate (0.03g) can provide 47 mg or 1.5mmol phosphorus per 100ml / 100ml phospholipids.
