1. Pharmacology
This product can promote the increase of plasma concentrations in the body, increase the secretion of PGF2 α in the blood vessel wall, eliminate free radicals in the body, thus playing an anti-inflammatory and anti exudative role, improve venous tension, accelerate venous blood flow, promote lymphatic reflux, improve blood circulation and microcirculation, and have a protective effect on the blood vessel wall.
2. Toxicology
No hemolysis was observed at a daily dose of less than 0.5mg per kilogram of body weight. Acute toxicity study: Acute poisoning occurs in animals, mainly manifested as hemolytic hypoxic necrosis of substantive organs (heart, liver, kidney); Has a strong stimulating effect on mucous membranes and muscle tissues. Chronic toxicity study: Rabbits were intravenously administered a dose equivalent to 1/5 of LD50 daily for 30 consecutive days, and no animal deaths or pathological changes were observed in their vital organs. Teratoxicity test: No teratogenic effect observed. It was found that the drug content in the amniotic fluid of pregnant women was high in the first 3 months, so it is recommended that pregnant women avoid using it.
Usage and dosage
Intravenous injection or intravenous drip.
Adults should take 0.1-0.4mg/kg of this product per day based on their body weight, or dissolve 5-10mg of this product in 250mL of 10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection for intravenous infusion; Alternatively, 5-10mg of this product can be dissolved in 10-20mL of 10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection for intravenous injection. Severe patients can receive multiple doses of medication, but the total daily dose should not exceed 20mg. The treatment course lasts for 7-10 days
