1. Reduced glutathione is a tripeptide compound containing sulfhydryl group (SH), which has an activated REDOX system in the human body, activating SH enzyme, detoxification and other important physiological activities.2. This product participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and glucose metabolism in the body, promotes the production of high energy in the body, and plays the role of coenzyme. It is the auxiliary group of glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase, and also the coenzyme of glyoxalase and propionate dehydrogenase.3. [Usage and dosage] 1. Route of administration: 1.1. Intravenous infusion: dissolve it in the water for injection, then add 100ml, 250-500ml normal saline or 5% glucose injection into the intravenous infusion.1.2. Intramuscular injection: dissolve it in water for intramuscular injection.2. Dosage: 2.1. Chemotherapy patients: 1.5g/m2 of this product was dissolved in 100ml normal saline within l5 minutes before chemotherapy drugs were given, and intravenous infusion was given within 15 minutes. In order to prevent urinary system damage when using CTX, it is recommended to give the product intravenously immediately after CTX injection, and the infusion should be finished within 15 minutes. When using cisplatin for chemotherapy, it is recommended that the dosage of this product should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin, so as not to affect the effect of chemotherapy.2.2. Adjuvant treatment of liver diseases. For viral hepatitis: 1.2g,qd,iv, 30 days; Severe hepatitis: 1.2 ~ 2.4g,qd,iv, 30 days; Active cirrhosis: 1.2g,qd,iv, 30 days; Fatty liver: 1.8g,qd,iv, 30 days;Alcoholic hepatitis: 1.8g,qd,iv, 14-30 days; Drug-induced hepatitis: 1.2-1.8g,qd,iv, 14-30 days;The infusion time is 1-2 hours.2.3. 1. Use this product in hospital under the supervision of doctors.2. Before injection, it must be completely dissolved with clear and colorless appearance. Keep out of reach of children.4. Stop taking the medicine immediately if there is a rash, pale complexion, drop in blood pressure, abnormal pulse and other symptoms during the course of medication.5. Intramuscular injection should only be used when this route is required and repeated injections at the same site should be avoided.
