Usage and dosage:

Adverse reactions:

The LD50 of artemether orally in mice was 895 ~ 977mg/kg, and that of artemether oil intramuscular in rats was 597mg/kg.Subacute toxicity test showed that after intramuscular injection of artemether oil at 18mg/kg×14 days, rats had no adverse reactions except a decrease in the number of reticulocytes.This drug has certain embryonic toxicity, which is manifested as embryonic absorption.
