usage and dosage

1. Route of administration:

(1) intravenous infusion: after dissolving in the water of injection, add 100ml, 250-500ml normal saline or 5% glucose injection into the intravenous infusion.

(2) intramuscular injection administration: dissolve it in the water after intramuscular injection.

2. Usage:

(1) for chemotherapy patients: 1.5g/m2 of lvtinol was dissolved in 100ml normal saline within 15 minutes before the chemotherapy drugs were given, and intravenous infusion was given within 15 minutes. When using CTX, to prevent urinary system damage, it is recommended to immediately after CTX injection by intravenous infusion of lvtinol, complete infusion within 15 minutes; When using cisplatin for chemotherapy, it is recommended that the dosage of chlorotylenol should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin to avoid affecting the effect of chemotherapy.

Liver disease: intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.Mild symptoms: 1~2 times a day, each time 0.3g intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.Severe cases: 1~2 times a day, 0.6g intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.Adjust the dose according to the patient's age and symptoms.Intravenous infusion: sterile lyophilized powder injection was diluted with 250~500ml5% glucose injection or normal saline, and the infusion time was 1~2 hours.Intramuscular injection: dissolve with 4 ml of water.

Other diseases: such as hypoxemia, 1.5g/m2 of lvtinol can be dissolved in 100ml of normal saline intravenous infusion, after the improvement of the condition intramuscular injection of 300~600mg per day to maintain.

[pharmacological action]

Reduced glutathione (GSH) is a naturally synthesized peptide in human cytoplasm. It is composed of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine, and contains thiol (-sh).It is an auxiliary group of glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase, a coenzyme of glyoxalase and propionate dehydrogenase, and participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and glucose metabolism in vivo.

It can activate a variety of enzymes [such as sulfhydryl (-sh) enzyme], thereby promoting the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein and affecting the metabolic process of cells. It can be combined with free radicals in the body through sulfhydryl groups, and can be converted into easily metabolized acid substances so as to accelerate the excretion of free radicals, which is conducive to reducing the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

For example, the main mechanism to protect renal tubules from cisplatin damage is the beta-glutathione transpeptidase, which is required for the detoxification of glutathione in renal tubules, while the cancer cells do not have this enzyme, so the normal tissues and organs are protected without affecting the cytotoxic effect of rdinol.

The therapeutic effect on radiation enteritis was obvious. For anemia, poisoning or tissue inflammation caused by systemic or local hypoxemia patients application, can reduce tissue damage, promote repair.GSH can also protect the synthesis of liver, detoxify and inactivate hormones, and promote the metabolism of cholic acid, which is conducive to the absorption of fat and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) in the digestive tract.

pharmacokinetics

Mice liver injection reached the peak of blood concentration for about 5 hours, and t1/2 for about 24 hours. It was widely distributed in liver, kidney and muscle.

[contraindication] to glutathione allergy is contraindicated.
