This product is suitable for sensitive staphylococcus, streptococcus, streptococcus pneumoniae and respiratory infections, skin and soft tissue infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, infection of female genital tract infection and pelvic and abdominal cavity infection, etc., the latter two diseases according to the situation of the product alone or with other antimicrobials in combination with the application. [ usage and dosage ]
Intramuscular injection: adult one day is 0.6 ~ 1.2 g, children daily according to the weight of 10 ~ 20 mg/kg, injections. Intravenous drip: a general adult 0.6 g, every 8 hours or 12 hours, every 0.6 g dissolved in 100 ~ 200 ml infusion, drip 1 ~ 2 hours. Children daily according to the weight of 10 ~ 20 mg/kg. [adverse reactions]
1. 1. May be allergic to clindamycin when allergic to this product.2. Interference with diagnosis: serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase may be increased after taking the drug.3. Use with caution in the following situations :(1) intestinal disease or past history, especially ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, or antibiotic pun enteritis (this product can cause pseudomembranous enteritis).(2) decreased liver function.(3) severe renal dysfunction.4. Close attention should be paid to the frequency of defecation during medication. If the frequency of defecation increases, attention should be paid to the possibility of pseudomembranous enteritis.5. Treatment of pseudomembranous enteritis caused by this product. Drug interactions
